Comprehensive Care (Primary Care, Psychiatry, and Weight management) - $500.00.
Dr. Uddin provides self-pay fee-for-service care for patients 18 or older. What makes Dr. Uddin unique is his triple board certification in internal medicine, obesity medicine, and psychiatry. Not only does he manage psychiatric conditions. For a one-time additional fee, he also offers to assume the role of a primary care and weight management physician.
Subsequent follow-up appointments are $200.00
